Bowditch - Pacific’s principals are seasoned operations, development and financial executives. Our history is from careers within the industry, not just analysts of the transportation sector. As such we have a deep sector focus.

Bowditch-Pacific is an independent industry specialist that works with strategic and equity funds on a “buyside” basis for each investment opportunity. We originate the transaction and participate with our funding partner as investment advisors, quantitative investment analysts and implementers.

Our funding relationships include a select group of established investors that are prepared to engage in knowledgeable dialogue with industry professionals, companies and management teams.

Our investment activity hinges on developing proprietary relationships with companies seeking a financial partner via a recapitalization or buyout. Post-transaction we provide follow-on governance, growth management and facilitate the exit when timing is appropriate.

We also work as "sellside" advisory representatives on behalf of private companies. The scope of the sellside mandate can vary from financial advisory to full scale representation through closing.
